About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Oracle Sales Expert to join our Oracle Practice in EMEA.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with highly skilled sales professionals to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and expansion.
Job Description
This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones, using your expertise in Oracle Modernisation, Optimisation, and Cloud solutions.
In collaboration with our account teams, you will develop and deliver compelling value propositions that meet the needs of our clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones using expertise in Oracle Modernisation, Optimisation, and Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with account teams to develop and deliver compelling value propositions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and meet client expectations.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management on market trends, competitor activity, and potential risks or opportunities.
Requirements
- Extensive technical knowledge in the area of Oracle and Oracle Modernisation (Application Transformation, Journey to Cloud).
- Knowledge of Oracle Applications and Products (SaaS, PaaS & IaaS), and exposure to Oracle's licensing models, as well as an understanding of Oracle's Consulting business and how it can fit into a partner relationship.
- Experience of working in a similar role within the IT industry, preferably in a consulting or sales environment.
- Strong consultative approach, solution development and business development skills with an ability to consult with CXO's of global companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
