Lead Care Manager for Children

We are seeking an accomplished Children's Home Lead to join Sanctuary Personnel Ltd in Bristol. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and management services.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the children's home, driving excellence in care standards and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the children's home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with statutory bodies and stakeholders.
- Cooperate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Implement staff training programs to enhance professional development.
- Monitor and address any concerns or issues affecting the well-being of residents.
Essential Qualifications:
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children and Young People's Services.
- Display senior-level experience in managing a children's home.
- Be prepared to contribute to Ofsted inspections and quality assurance processes.
- Maintain a commitment to Continuing Professional Development and therapeutic approaches.
Estimated salary: £43,000 - £45,000.
