Job Description

We are seeking an outstanding Family Liaison Officer to join our Student Development Team at St Peter's CofE Academy in Stoke-on-Trent.

Job Role:

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with children and their families, as well as other support partners, to provide a supportive environment for student development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To work collaboratively with students, families, and support staff to address individual needs and concerns.
  • To provide a safe and welcoming space for students to discuss their issues and develop strategies for improvement.
  • To build strong relationships with local community groups and organizations to enhance support services for students.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • The ability to work effectively with families and support staff to achieve positive outcomes.
