About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to spearhead new business growth and expansion within our Direct Healthcare portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, exceeding financial targets, and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearheading new business development: Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities, exceeding financial targets and expanding our client base.
- Efficiently leading pipeline management: Effectively managing leads, activities, and appointments to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Achieving revenue targets: Driving new business revenue growth through strategic business generation.
- Client relationship management: Providing top-notch service to newly acquired clients, attending meetings as required.
- Compliance and documentation: Processing new business applications, ensuring adherence to procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic contribution: Contributing to the development and execution of corporate objectives.
- Technical expertise: Demonstrating comprehensive healthcare knowledge, advising clients within designated areas.
- Trusted advisor: Cultivating strong relationships with corporate clients, serving as their reliable consultant.
- Collaborative network building: Developing internal and external relationships for efficient client service delivery.
- Operational efficiency: Recommending process improvements and efficiencies in client interactions.
- Profitable growth: Identifying and securing additional revenue from existing and new clients through cross-selling and referrals.
- Reporting and communication: Preparing detailed reports and presentations and maintaining professionalism in all communication.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong technical healthcare knowledge through industry exams and CPD.
- Proven experience in healthcare portfolio management.
Compensation and Benefits
In addition to a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, we offer a range of benefits, including:
- A minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to 'buy' extra days.
