About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Reconciliations Associate in Global Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely reconciliation of cash and position reconciliations, meeting daily global processing deadlines, and periodic books closure processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with global teams to ensure the accurate and timely reconciliation of cash and position reconciliations.
  • Perform controls and procedures to ensure that all cash and stock positions are reconciled in line with client, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Investigate and resolve breaches and aged items in a timely manner.
  • Provide daily operational support to front office and business partners relating to Reconciliation and Cash Management functions.
  • Assist with the import and validation of internal and external data into the reconciliations system.
  • Participate in business projects impacting Cash and Position Reconciliations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in financial services, with recent and relevant experience in Reconciliations.
  • Full understanding of Cash and Position Reconciliations processing.
  • Solid understanding of operational risks and controls.
  • Strong teamwork ethic and ability to function without explicit direction.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
