Person Specification:

  • Effective Level 1 Registration with NMC.
  • Nursing Degree or Diploma.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.

Experience:

  • Experience of managing rehabilitation or long-term conditions in a relevant setting.
  • Evidence of using evidence-based practice to enhance quality of care.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize patient care management.
