About the Role

Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Registered Professional to take on the role of Ward Manager for our inpatient ward at Ludlow Community Hospital.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operation of inpatient nursing services, taking overall responsibility for the line management of nursing staff and the provision of high-quality services.
  • Provide professional leadership and support to the multidisciplinary team, bringing expertise in theory and practice to the ward and demonstrating compassion and inclusivity with a collaborative approach.
  • Work in conjunction with therapy, non-clinical, and corporate service leads to ensure the delivery of exceptional staff and patient experiences, supporting best clinical outcomes.
