About the Role
Grosvenor Casinos is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience, and as a Car Jockey, you will play a vital role in making a lasting impression on our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and secure parking of customer vehicles, while also providing a high level of customer service and support to our reception team during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the security and safety of customer vehicles, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and respected throughout their experience.
- Support the reception team during peak periods, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Maintain the casino VIP car to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure that customers experience a VIP treatment when being chauffeured, promoting a positive and memorable experience.
- Adhere to Grosvenor Casinos' safer gambling policies and procedures, promoting a responsible and inclusive environment.
