Grosvenor is the leading Casino operator in the UK, and we're looking for a skilled Car Jockey to join our team. As a Car Jockey, you'll be responsible for providing a high-quality professional service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are parked and returned safely and securely.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer vehicles are parked and returned securely, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Support the reception team during peak times, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our guests.
- Collect high-value customers and deliver them to the casino or their next destination, providing a VIP experience.
- Maintain the casino VIP car to the highest standards of cleanliness and ensure it's always ready for use.
- Behave in a way that promotes safer gambling and adheres to our company's values.
Requirements
- Hold a full clean UK driving licence.
- Previous experience as a chauffeur or driver is desirable, but not essential.
- Knowledge of the local area is a plus.
