About the Role:

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a skilled Car Jockey to join our team in Blackpool. As a Car Jockey, you will be responsible for parking and returning customer cars, ensuring their security and providing a high-quality service.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer cars are parked and returned safely and securely.
  • Support the reception team during peak times.
  • Collect high-value customers and deliver them to the casino or their next destination.
  • Maintain the casino VIP car to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a VIP experience for customers.
  • Behave in a way that promotes safer gambling.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be committed to providing a high-quality service, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
