Job Summary

As a Car Jockey at Grosvenor Casinos, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring the safe and secure parking of our valued customers' vehicles. You will also support our reception team during peak times and may be required to collect high-value customers and deliver them to the casino or their next destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the security and safety of customer vehicles while they are in our care
• Provide a high-quality professional service to our customers, ensuring they feel their car will be looked after safely and securely
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the car park and surrounding areas
• Ensure that only authorized vehicles are parked in designated areas
• Provide a VIP experience for high-value customers, ensuring their vehicle is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness
• Promote a culture of safer gambling and responsible behavior among our customers

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and security procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
