LTF Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and patient Special Education Support Assistant to join our partner primary school in the Willenhall area of Coventry.

As a Special Education Support Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teaching team to provide individualized support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ASD and be able to develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.

We are looking for a highly organized and adaptable individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children with ASD and wants to make a positive impact in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to children with ASD in a primary school setting
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Work closely with the teaching team to deliver high-quality education and support
- Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Experience working with children with ASD or similar learning needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organization and time management skills
