Special Needs Education Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring teaching assistant to support students with special educational needs in our Primary Academy. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN and a passion for delivering high-quality education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to students with SEN
* Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a school environment
* Experience or knowledge of supporting children with SEN
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
