About the Job:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced individual to lead our risk assessment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with expertise in hazard identification, risk evaluation, and mitigation.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing effective risk assessment policies and procedures;
  • Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and vulnerabilities;
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on risk management best practices;
  • Maintaining accurate records of risk assessments and mitigation measures;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless integration with other business functions.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in risk management;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
