Job Title: Risk Assessment and Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Risk Assessment and Support Professional in our child protection team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments to identify children at risk, developing care plans, and providing support to families to ensure the safety and well-being of children.

  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify children at risk and develop strategies to minimize harm
  • Collaborate with families to build trust and provide ongoing support
  • Advocate for the rights and interests of children and their families
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in accordance with regulatory requirements

This role requires a Social Work qualification and full registration with the Social Work England register.
