Vulnerable Children Support Professional

Leaders in Care is seeking a Vulnerable Children Support Professional to join our team in the South East.
We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for children at risk of harm. As a Vulnerable Children Support Professional, you will work closely with families to safeguard children and provide comprehensive support.
- Conduct assessments to identify children at risk and develop effective care plans
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide a holistic approach to child protection
- Advocate for the rights and well-being of children and their families
- A Social Work qualification and full registration to SWE
- Experience in child protection and safeguarding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, plus a loyalty bonus of £175 per week.
