Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures based on identified hazards.
  • Bid Support: Work with bid teams to continue the development of an impressive portfolio of large-scale construction projects.
  • Site Inspections: Perform monthly safety inspections and ensure compliance with accreditations.
  • Training: Manage and deliver training for staff on health and safety.
  • Incident Management: Investigate accidents/incidents and produce reports.

The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH Construction or Diploma qualification, experience in the construction or infrastructure sector, and a willingness to travel nationally. The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 per annum, and benefits include a car allowance of £6,000, expensed mileage and travel costs, 20 days annual leave, bank holidays, private pension scheme, and fully funded investment in your CPD.
