Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our ambitious executive search firm in London as an Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Founder and senior consultants, ensuring the efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage calendars and schedules with precision, prioritising internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
  2. Coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless logistics and attention to detail.
  3. Support critical projects, including research, document preparation, and strategic planning, meeting deadlines.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, communicating effectively.
  5. Maintain office operations, including supply ordering and administrative tasks.
  6. Support event planning, execution, and coordination, ensuring every detail is handled.

  • A proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills, ability to multitask, and excel in fast-paced environments.
  • An excellent communicator with advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and experience with calendar and project management tools.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, ability to build rapport with colleagues, clients, and candidates.
  • Comfortable working with senior executives, valuing discretion in high-pressure situations.
