Main Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our Lettings team, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients, tenants, and contractors, ensuring all interactions are professional and efficient. You will be responsible for organizing and conducting viewing appointments, learning all aspects of the lettings business, and supporting the Assistant Lettings Manager and area manager.

Key Tasks:

  • Answering telephone calls and taking messages accurately.
  • Registering applicants and recording contact details.
  • Booking rental property viewings and preparing Assured Tenancy Agreements for Renewals.
  • Carrying out check-in and file audits, and booking rental valuations.
  • Adding letting valuations to the Company system and creating valuation letters.
  • Requesting reviews from clients, contractors, and tenants for SEO purposes.
  • Dealing with voice mails, actioning Boards, and working towards personal and branch targets.
  • Upselling products, dealing with Maintenance issues, and discussing large Maintenance works with landlords.
  • Processing compliance due, dealing with Utility Queries, and providing General Assistance to Lettings Property Managers.
  • Dealing with General Queries, Tenancy Renewal Process, and assisting with serving notices.
  • Check out Process and deposit returns, and assisting with the Inspections Process.
  • Onboarding Contractors and assisting with staff training.

Requirements:

  • Proven communication skills and a professional, courteous manner.
  • High levels of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to use own initiative.
  • Good timekeeping and the ability to manage working time efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to attend and participate in Lettings Meetings.
  • Commitment to individual and team tasks goals.
  • Adherence to core values.

Working Conditions:
