National Sales Director

The role of a National Sales Director at SER Limited involves leading and motivating the Industrial sales team to achieve budgeted sales and net profit targets. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the Industrial sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with experience in the lubricants and chemicals industry. If you have expertise in B2B sales of premium products, strategic planning, data analysis, and business growth initiatives, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the Industrial sales team to achieve budgeted sales and net profit targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the Industrial sector.
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE (dependent on experience)
Benefits: Company car, credit card, laptop, mobile phone, great pension, employee assist programme, death in service, 25 days a year annual leave plus bank holidays increasing with service, Christmas shutdown, excellent commission scheme.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and guiding the team to meet business goals through strategic planning, goal setting, and performance measurement. You will also foster team development by coaching and promoting technical and commercial skills for sustainable success.
Requirements:- Proven experience in the Industrial lubricants sector, with expertise in B2B sales of premium products.
- Competent in strategic planning, data analysis, and business growth initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales software, with strong numerical and communication skills.
You will work closely with all departments and have external relationships with customers, suppliers, and external agencies.
