Gaming Laboratories International is a global leader in testing gaming devices and online systems standards in the gaming, wagering, and lottery industries. As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our Client Services team by leveraging your technical expertise to develop and implement business solutions.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position based in office at our site in Parc Menai, Bangor.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing proposals, checking proposal content, and requesting file numbers for new projects.
  • You will also assist with maintaining the Proposal Tracking System (PTS), including creating daily backups, reviewing tasks/buckets, and reviewing proposals.
  • Liaising with Client Services, Engineering, and QA about task/project status.
  • Maintaining existing reports and developing new reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong interest and knowledge in IT, with some development experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Planner, SharePoint Lists, SQL, Python, and CRM would be an advantage.
  • A proactive attitude, including the ability to manage assigned work.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • An eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.

We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 per year.
