Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Purchase Ledger Administration Assistant to join our team at Sparsholt College Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, monitoring and pursuing outstanding invoices, and dealing with supplier enquiries.

You will also assist with training staff on the purchase ordering system and support other areas of the Finance department during busy periods.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum (pro rata if part-time), depending on qualifications and experience.
