Job Title: Office Administrator - Winchester

We are Corrigenda Group Limited, a forward-thinking company based in Winchester, seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office packages. Your primary responsibilities will include taking phone and email enquiries, logging service requests, and collaborating with our engineers to ensure seamless operations.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for updating client portals, liaising with external contractors, and maintaining accurate records. If you have a minimum of C/4 grade in English and Math, are IT literate, and possess strong organisational skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. A salary of £24,800 per annum is on offer for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound calls and creating reactive tasks on the CAFM system.
  • Signing off and filing completed worksheets for reactive tasks.
  • Raising purchase orders for materials and subcontractors.
  • Updating client CAFM systems with work updates for in-house and sub-contracted works as required to produce client monthly reports.
  • Liaising with external contractors to attend site and obtaining updates on reactive tasks.
  • Liaising with contract managers and engineers in relation to reactive tasks.
  • Assisting with other work activities when required and provide team cover during holidays/sickness.
