Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Senior Hospital Administrator. As the Admin Hub Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative services across the trust's Winchester and Basingstoke offices.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the NHS healthcare system, with evidence of using multiple NHS systems and Microsoft Office. A degree or diploma in a relevant field would be desirable.

You will be responsible for staff performance, staffing issues, sickness/leave/disciplinary matters, changes to job roles, continuity of service, and other administrative tasks. You will also formulate options to address administrative issues, develop new protocols, and implement processes to ensure compliance with local and national targets.

In addition, you will plan, develop, and implement processes to resolve issues related to administration, including identifying incorrect or missing data. Your skills and abilities should include application form completion, workload management, knowledge of NHS structures and culture, and leadership experience.

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides medical and surgical services to a population of approximately 600,000 people across Hampshire and parts of West Berkshire. The trust has a strong reputation for providing high-quality care and is one of only two centers in the UK treating pseudomyxoma peritonei (a rare form of abdominal cancer).

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
