Young Epilepsy is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the fundraising team, you will develop and implement strategies to engage communities across the UK in fundraising activities.

Young Epilepsy is a charity that supports children and young people with epilepsy. The organisation is committed to ensuring that all children and young people with epilepsy can thrive and fulfill their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies
  • Manage a team of fundraisers responsible for events and fundraising activities
  • Represent Young Epilepsy at community events

Salary: £40,000 pro-rata, potentially increasing to full-time salary

Location: Remote but with regular visits to London and Lingfield, Surrey

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of community engagement and fundraising
  • Event management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
