Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Director at FirstPort, a leading property management company in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality of life for our residents, and working closely with local authorities and stakeholders to build relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of life for our residents, including initiatives to promote health and wellbeing, education, and community engagement.
  • Work closely with local authorities, stakeholders, and community groups to build relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that we achieve our goals and objectives while maintaining financial stability.
  • Support the development of policies and procedures, ensuring that they are effective, efficient, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
