Job Title: Escalations Specialist

We are seeking an articulate and strategic Escalations Specialist to work directly with customers, law enforcement, and drivers to mitigate security and operational risks. This unique role handles customer and driver contacts through different communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

The Escalations Specialist will be responsible for intake last mile emergency incidents that impact operations, life/safety, and Amazon brand, assisting in the notification process of Amazon and their stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage email and phone communications, providing support to other functions and/or projects.
  • Shift work will be required, potentially to include nights, weekends, and Public Holidays.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Conversational level fluency in French.
  2. At least 3 months of customer service experience/Operation Call/Command Center work environment.
  3. Experience multitasking, including answering multiple phone lines, prioritizing e-mail, instant message, and ticket-related communication.


Salary Range: $68,000 - $78,000 per year
