As a Senior Climate Risk Consultant at Timely Recruit, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients drive Corporate Sustainable ESG change and make a lasting impact. With your expertise in climate transition risk analysis, you will join a team of specialist Corporate ESG consultants, Net Zero specialists, and Climate risk Consultants.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000/annum
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a consultancy client that is expanding its services to meet the growing demand for sustainable finance solutions. As a Senior Climate Risk Consultant, you will primarily be responsible for advising and supporting our clients to identify the risks and opportunities related to the impacts of Physical Climate Change and the transition to a low carbon economy. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and assessing risks and opportunities by understanding client business models and governance frameworks, conducting gap analyses, undertaking climate scenario analysis, financial quantification of transition climate risks and opportunities, and drafting disclosures.
- Advising best-practice and effective governance arrangements for embedding climate change management and sustainability into the client's organization.
- Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Your expertise in climate transition risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, and financial modelling will be essential in driving our clients' success. Additionally, your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders.
