Job Summary:
Home-Based Nursing Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Home-Based Nursing Professional to join our team at Procare Community Services. As a key member of our community nursing services, you will provide expert care to adult patients in their own homes.

About Us:
Procare Chief Operating Officer is a Nurse by background, with a real passion for all aspects of Community working. Our board is clinically led, ensuring that we have the expertise needed to develop sustainable integrated services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver nursing care in accordance with national and local policy and guidance
* Work as part of a team to deliver nursing care and treatment autonomously as delegated
* Use an electronic patient held record system and mobile devices provided

Requirements:
* Registered Level 1 Nurse with current Nursing and Midwifery Council registration
* Educated to diploma or level 6/degree level in relevant area
* Supervisor/Mentorship qualification within the first 2 years of post
