About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Community Development Co-ordinator to join our team at Alzheimer's Society. The successful candidate will have a vital role in engaging with the Community Diagnosis Centres and the NHS leads, promoting Dementia awareness and highlighting environmental or pathways barriers for people living with dementia.

About You

  • You will have experience of making local contacts and networking with various services and providers to offer the widest range of opportunities to those we support.
  • You will be adaptable and flexible to the needs of different communities, as well as being confident representing the importance of community development to different stakeholders.
  • You will have a non-judgmental approach and outstanding communication skills.
  • You will be able to travel independently across Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent, and further if required.
