Job Opportunity at Franco's London

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Receptionist to join our Front of House team at Franco's London, a family-owned restaurant with a rich history dating back to 1946.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues alike
  • Manage the front of house operations, including reservations, seating, and table management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular customers and suppliers
  • Assist with training and development of junior team members
  • Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant through proactive problem-solving and initiative

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist in a similar establishment, catering for 80 to 120 covers during each service
  • Hospitality experience necessary
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality experience for guests
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, and telephone manner
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
