Senior Receptionist Opportunity at Franco's London

We are seeking an experienced Senior Receptionist to join our Front of House team at Franco's London, a family-owned restaurant with a rich history dating back to 1946. As a Senior Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including greeting guests, handling reservations, and coordinating table assignments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, wine list, and restaurant policies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in a front-of-house role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
