We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Senior Receptionist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring all reception services run smoothly and providing exceptional levels of hospitality to every guest of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk and ensure it is manned at all times
  • Deliver exceptional levels of hospitality to every guest
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external contractors
  • Take ownership of weekly breakfast for the office, including ordering and displaying
  • Potential to take on Office Manager duties for a sister company of 12 staff
  • Oversee the meeting room calendar and ensure all meeting rooms are set up correctly prior to usage
  • Assist with PR duties as needed, including desk drops for special occasions
  • Keep track of clients' birthdays and maintain suppliers' lists
  • Perform general office administrative duties, including maintaining the stock room and stocking the weekly bar
