Senior Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Receptionist to join our team at Tate West End Temp on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Senior Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our reception services, providing exceptional levels of hospitality to our guests, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk and ensure it is manned at all times
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest of the business
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external contractors
  • Take ownership of weekly breakfast for the office, including ordering and displaying
  • Potential to take on Office Manager duties for a sister company of 12 staff and be the go-to person for any needs
  • Oversee the meeting room calendar and ensure all meeting rooms are set up correctly prior to usage
  • Assist with PR duties as and when needed, including desk drops for special occasions
  • Keep track of client birthdays and anniversaries

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain high standards of service
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Ability to delegate and work as a team
  • Prior management experience is not necessary, but the ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities is essential
