About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Professional to join our team at CPI Selection as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SME market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Work closely with our marketing team to leverage our brand and proposition
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35-36K, plus uncapped commission and a car allowance or company car. You will also have the opportunity to progress to a Business Development Director role, with a salary of £45-50K and a car allowance or company car, within 12-18 months.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be comfortable working remotely and managing your own diary.
