Barnet Neighbourhood Development Officer

CB Plus is currently recruiting for a Barnet Neighbourhood Development Officer to join their Safer Neighbourhood Board. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to community safety initiatives and develop your skills and experience.
About the Role
In this role, you will work collaboratively with local police and agencies to identify and address community safety concerns. Your responsibilities will include helping to monitor police statistical data and performance, advising on local policing strategies, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the board.
Key Responsibilities
- Help identify and advise on local policing needs
- Monitor police statistical data and performance
- Contribute to the development of effective policing strategies
- Collaborate with other members of the board to achieve common goals
Requirements
- Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
- Ability to commit to a few hours a month
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
