**Public Health Communications Role**

Barnet Council's Public Health team is seeking a skilled Communications and Engagement Professional to lead the development and delivery of impactful public health campaigns and targeted communication projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with partner organisations, including the local NHS and Voluntary Care Services (VCS), to promote partnership working and maximize opportunities for public health programs. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences and meet their needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualification or experience** supplemented by relevant training;
  • Experience of delivering evidence-based communications projects and campaigns to diverse audiences;
  • Ability to produce engaging written and visual content** for various communication channels, including print and digital media;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills** to engage with different audiences and meet their needs.
