Learning Assistant

Career Teachers is recruiting an enthusiastic and skilled Teaching Assistant to work with children with Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties in Barnet.
In this role, you will use innovative methods to engage pupils, promoting their understanding, motivation, and investigation of lesson topics.
- Develop strong relationships with pupils, tailoring interactions to meet unique needs and personalities.
- Advocate for inclusive practices, ensuring all pupils have equal opportunities.
- Encourage positive behaviour, resolving conflicts promptly and promoting responsibility.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
Estimated Salary: £35,500 - £40,000 per annum (£85 - £95 per day)
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the development of pupils' knowledge, skills, and attributes.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
