L&Q's Commercial division within Property Services is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Cost Management Specialist to spearhead their innovative team. This position will report directly to the Head of Commercial and will involve overseeing a team of five professionals with diverse expertise.
- Guide and nurture a team of cost management professionals
- Ensure effective financial and contractual oversight of projects
- Supervise primary and subcontractors to secure optimal value
- Develop and execute strategies to address contract-related challenges
- Deliver precise financial projections and budget management
- Assist colleagues in adhering to contractual protocols
- Possess strong commercial insight and solid legal/contractual understanding
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree or possess equivalent experience and may be affiliated with CIOB/RICS, although this is not a strict requirement. Some travel between offices may be necessary, with expenses reimbursed.
