Service Charge Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Charge Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis. As a Service Charge Specialist, you will play a crucial role in calculating and apportioning service charges for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of service charges for designated estates, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments.
- Collaborate with local neighborhood teams to address customer queries and concerns regarding service charges.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including service departments and local authorities.
- Conduct regular expenditure analysis to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Strong understanding of legislation relating to service charges and financial accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
