About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Charge Specialist to join our team. As a Service Charge Specialist, you will play a critical role in calculating and apportioning service charges for our residents. You will work closely with our service departments to ensure the accuracy of the charges and provide excellent customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and apportion service charges for designated estates
  • Liaise with managing agents to obtain compliance data
  • Coordinate and handle complaints from residents
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve set deadlines and targets
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of legislation relating to service charges and knowledge of financial accounting
  • Exceptional customer service skills with experience working in customer service environments
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make effective judgements based on facts
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with challenging situations
