WALLACE HIND SELECTION LIMITED is looking for an experienced Health Safety and Environmental Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving site Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, and Environmental compliance. This role offers full autonomy in managing QHSE matters, including ISO:9001, ISO:14001, and ISO:45001 standards.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QHSE and experience in managing a team. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing quality management systems
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with QHSE legislation
  • Maintaining accurate records of QHSE activities and training
  • Identifying and mitigating potential QHSE risks
  • Communicating effectively with staff and stakeholders on QHSE matters

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £45,000, annual performance bonuses >10%, 25 days holiday and bank holidays, and a half day Friday.
