We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can deliver exceptional standards of food, cleanliness, and hygiene. You will be responsible for training junior kitchen staff, inputting to menu development, and preparing fresh foods daily.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accountable for food safety and hygiene within the kitchen areas
- Training and coaching junior kitchen staff
- Input to menu development
- Prepare fresh foods to an exemplary standard
- Responsible for achieving the food margin through portion control and management of raw ingredients
