Production Assistant

Role Description
The Production Assistant - Large Format Digital Prints Manager will oversee the production process, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high-quality outputs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the production team, coordinating tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Oversee the setup and operation of guillotine presses, guaranteeing safety and efficiency standards.
- Supervise the production of large format digital prints, emphasizing attention to detail and quality.
- Monitor the use of a Zund machine, ensuring accurate cuts and efficient workflow.
- Direct the team in laminating, cutting, and weeding vinyl materials, achieving precision and accuracy.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in large format print production, preferably in a management capacity.
- A background in running guillotine machines, preferably on a large scale.
- Previous experience working within a print manufacturing environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
- A flexible attitude towards working time, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Benefits:
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
