Operations Support Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our production team. This role will assist the Production Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the production department.
The successful candidate will have experience working within a manufacturing environment – ideally a contract Electronic Manufacturer. Intermediate IT skills, with experience using MS Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint etc.), are also essential.
- Provide administrative support to Production and the Production Manager.
- Coordinate production activities to ensure timely completion of works orders.
- Monitor and report on departmental KPIs specific to WiP control and efficiency.
- Generate production documentation required for the production teams.
