We are seeking a highly motivated Packaging Production Assistant to join our team at Recruit Mint Ltd in St Neots.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Print Minder throughout the shift to produce high-quality products within acceptable production times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assist the Print Minder with tasks throughout the shift, ensuring good quality product delivery and meeting customer requirements.">
  • Help maintain efficient make readies and carry out appropriate checks.">
  • Control the press feeder during production runs, minimizing stops and using non-stop pile changeovers for continuous production.">
  • Ensure all relevant materials and consumables are available, clean, and supplied in the correct quantity for each job.">
  • Monitor and maintain material usage during production to maximize press efficiency.">
  • Prepare printing inks for subsequent runs to achieve optimum changeover times.">
  • Maintain the housekeeping of machinery and the working area to a high standard.">

Salary and Benefits:
