Building and Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Building and Facilities Administrator to join our Facilities team at Aston Martin F1 Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Facilities team in maintaining accurate records of health and safety and compliance.
- Assist in maintaining planned and reactive maintenance logs, including liaising with external contractors and service providers as necessary.
- Administer statutory certificates and ensure documentation is up to date and accurate.
- Support Employee Wellbeing and Lone Working administration.
- Assist the Senior Estate and Projects Team Manager with HR-related tasks, including holiday entitlement and absence recording.
- Administer employee and contractor passes.
- Provide data for KPI reporting systems, including incident, accident, and near misses.
- Book rooms and support diary management for the team.
Requirements:
- Excellent administration and PC literacy skills, including MS Office and ability to learn internal and CAFM systems.
- Experience in FM Management Systems is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and data input and record keeping.
