Job Description

**Job Title:** Multi-Skilled Plumber

**Job Type:** Permanent Full Time

**Salary:** £37,000 - £40,000 Plus Vehicle and Excellent Package

**Location:** Newport/Cardiff/Bristol

We are working with a highly reputable facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance services to clients throughout the UK.

Due to continued expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a mobile engineer to join the teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of building services.
  • To diagnose and repair faults on a range of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • To maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to management.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of building services and maintenance principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to various locations throughout the UK.
