Building and Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Aston Martin F1 Team. As a key member of our Facilities team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Support the Facilities team in maintaining accurate records of health and safety compliance and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Facilities team to manage maintenance logs, including liaising with external contractors and service providers as necessary, and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Administer statutory certificates and maintain accurate records.
- Support Employee Wellbeing administration and Lone Working administration.
- Assist the Senior Estate and Projects Team Manager with HR-related tasks, including holiday entitlement, absence recording, and training matrix maintenance.
- Issue employee and contractor passes and provide data for KPI reporting systems.
- Book rooms and manage the team's diary.
Requirements:
- Excellent administration and PC literacy skills, including MS Office and MS SharePoint, with the ability to learn internal and CAFM systems.
- Experience with FM Management Systems is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and data input and record-keeping skills.
