Building and Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Aston Martin F1 Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Facilities team in maintaining accurate records of health and safety and compliance.
- Liaise with external contractors and service providers to ensure smooth maintenance operations.
- Administer statutory certificates and maintain employee wellbeing records.
- Support the Senior Estate and Projects Team Manager with HR-related tasks, including holiday entitlement and absence recording.
- Manage employee and contractor passes, and provide data for KPI reporting systems.
- Book rooms and support diary management for the team.
Requirements:
- Excellent administration and PC literacy skills, including MS Office and SharePoint.
- Experience with FM Management Systems is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and data input skills.
